At Polehearted Activewear Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have a change of heart with your order, we are happy to provide a store credit within 15 days from delivery for defective, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. Please note all original tags must be attached and must be in the original packaging.
To initial your return, please complete the return authorization(RMA) form here. We require your invoice number as proof of purchase.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-returnable. You are responsible for any and all return shipping and handling fees. Store credits cannot be applied towards any shipping or handling fees.
Shipping back merchandise without notification or a visible RMA number on the outer packaging to our facilities will not warrant or guarantee a store credit. It is mandatory that you complete a return authorization request.
We recommend shipping your returned items through a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance as necessary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Any indication of tampering or if it does not meet our return policy, it will be deemed ineligible for a store credit and your request will be rejected. You will have the opportunity to have the product shipped back to your address at your expense or forfeit the item(s) and store credit. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will receive instructions on how to redeem your store credit.

Only regular priced items may be subject to our return policy. All sale, final sale, and headwear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
